- Samples are available at FOB cost x
2 times + UPS/FEDEX pre-paid through T/T.
Minimum sample cost would be US$60.00
or the actual FOB cost x 2 times; whichever
higher + UPS/FEDEX pre-paid through T/T.
- New Development: We ensures to keep
the secrecy of client’s designs
& the new development. So please feel
free to send us your design for the new
development. Special developments are
undertaken and estimates are provided
in advance based on the drawings/specifications
supplied by our clients. We take approximately
7-10 days lead-time from the date of receipt
of total specification/confirmed design
and accessories (if sent by client) for
sample dispatch. Sampling/development
cost charged at the time of sampling can
be reimbursed once the minimum quantity
order is confirmed. We deduct sample development
cost from the next ordered Invoice value.
Customized sampling time of any item depends
upon the availability of raw material
at that particular point of time. UPS/FEDEX
normally deliver the sample in 4-5 days.
- Production time required for production
depends on the quantity of the orders
and production bookings at that point
of time. The production time is calculated
from the date of receipt of confirmation
on the approval sample and all other information
relating to production. Normally the production
is started from the actual date of receiving
of advance in our bank account or receiving
of irrevocable letter of credit; whatever
payment terms agreed.
- Minimum Order: Minimum Invoice value

- Price: Our Prices are
FOB Delhi (excluding Jute Products). And
FOB Calcutta for Jute items. In some cases
C&F and CIF prices can be quoted upon
client’s request. FOB Mumbai can
also be offered upon request.
- Payment terms are 100% irrevocable letter
of credit or 50% advance against our Performa
Invoice and balance COD/DP at sight basis
or 35% advance and balance by wire transfer
at the time of shipment.
- Delivery: The lead-time
for all orders is 10 days. Normally, for
an order of 500-1000 jute bags we require
7 days as production time. For an order
of 2000-10000 bags we require 15-30 days
as production time. In other items it
is different and it depends more on style
and quantity. In fact, delivery time for
each product can't be fixed. It varies
from item to item and its order quantity.
Normally delivery time is confirmed when
the item and quantity is confirmed.
- Special packaging as per customer requirements
can be provided at extra costs as applicable.
Normally the articles are bulk packed
in a 7 ply corrugated box of size 28 x
18 x 15 inches or 20 x 20 x 18 inches
with a poly sheet covering inside to protect
against damages due to moisture. Box Size
(General): H-38cms, L-71cms, W-46cms,
and Volume-0.12cbm. OR 56 x 53 x 46cms,
volume-0.15 cbm (approx.). No. of boxes/20'-
Full load container = 240 to 220 (approx.)

depends more on articles specifications.
- Shipment: For Jute
-Through Calcutta Port/Air Port by Sea
or Air as per request. Calcutta port provides
vessels on a weekly basis connecting all
major ports.
For other items Through ICD Delhi (via
Mumbai port)/Air port by Sea or Air as
per request.
- Transit time for USA is 35-40 days
and for Europe 25-30 days from the date
of sailing of the vessel from Calcutta
port. Transit time for the vessel sailing
from Mumbai port is 25-30 days for USA
and 20-25 days for Europe. It takes addition
4-6 days transit time for container from
ICD Delhi to Mumbai port.
- Sea Freight Charges*, approx. (add to
FOB Value): Europe 25-30%, America 30%,
and Japan 20-23%.
- Airfreight Charges*, approx. (add to
FOB Value): Europe- 120%, America 140%,
and Japan 100%.
